E 'useful to remind all my colleagues in the DDL No 1315 "Anti-crisis" has been re-introduced the possibility INPS to apply for the years 2009/2011 compensation for early retirement from .

- deve cancellarsi anche dal Ruolo Agenti di Commercio

- non deve prestare altra attività lavorativa

- l'assegno viene erogato anche a chi percepisce già pensione INPS o Enasarco

- l'indennizzo ammonta a € 443,12 (nel 2008)(2010 non ancora noto)

- viene pagato dal mese successivo alla presentazione della domanda all'INPS

- fino al raggiungimento di 65 anni se uomo, 60 se donna

Per una vacatio legis, nessuna possibilità di ottenere l'indennizzo è riconosciuta a coloro che hanno cessato l'attività durante il 2008. Tutte le domande presentate vengono regolarmente respinte INPS.

IRAP - Circolare n. 28 E del 28 maggio 2010

With Circular 28 E, 28 May 2010 the Inland Revenue makes explicit reference to business agents and financial advisors regarding the subject IRAP.

E’ con tutta evidenza che l’attività di pressione svolta dall’USARCI , con le altre organizzazioni sindacali, ha prodotto risultati concreti, ottenuti con una attività incessante ed impegnativa ( e poi ancora ci sono agenti che sostengono che il sindacato non serve!!).

- have completed their work for at least two years employed by a company with the qualification of or with the role of traveling salesman qualified employee assigned to the sector sales, provided that the activity has been carried out although not
all times within five years from the date of application;

or

- have completed a specific training course recognized positive.
